Our service staff will be waiting at the Vietnam International Airport to complete the complicated procedures for you to get your visa stamped (the processing time is about 5-10 minutes, don’t wait in line) and then let you enter the country at the VIP gate.

Booking and payment methods:
Send us your visa letter and flight information. We will arrange for someone to pick you up.
After receiving your reservation request, we will issue you an order credit card or Alipay (pay 50% first). You pay an additional 50% upon arrival at the airport.
Please book this service at least 6 hours before formation.
- For customers with a visa on arrival: After you get off the plane, just go to the visa-on-arrival office. Our service staff will wait for you at the airport holding a sign with the passenger’s name to assist you with the Vietnam visa on arrival procedures, and then lead you to the VIP fast track Enter Vietnam. You only need to prepare the visa letter on arrival, application form, photos, and visa fee documents, and you can get the visa stamp in 10 minutes, eliminating long waiting time and entering the country quickly. It is very suitable for travelers with a full schedule or busy business.
- For customers with electronic visas and paper visas: After you get off the plane, just go to the visa-on-arrival office. Our service staff will wait for you at the airport holding a sign with the passenger’s name and then lead you to the VIP fast track to enter Vietnam. It only takes 5 minutes to enter the country.
Please note: Chinese citizens holding electronic visas (passport numbers starting with E) must also go to the visa-on-arrival office to change to a paper visa when they arrive at the Vietnam airport. So please prepare two photos first.
