On March 15, 2022, the Vietnamese government issued a visa-free resolution for citizens of the following countries: Germany, France, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, Northern Ireland, Russia, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Sweden, Norway, Finland, and Belarus.
On the basis of meeting all the conditions stipulated in Vietnamese law and meeting all the conditions stipulated in Vietnamese law, Enter Vietnam with a temporary stay of 15 days (from the date of entry), regardless of passport type and purpose of entry. The implementation period of the visa-free policy for citizens of the above countries to enter Vietnam is three years, i.e. from March 15, 2022, to March 14, 2025, which will be extended in accordance with Vietnamese law.
Citizens of Southeast Asian countries are visa-free for 30 days, including Thailand; Malaysia; Singapore; the Philippines; Indonesia; Brunei; Vietnam Laos; Myanmar; Cambodia; Candidate countries; Timor-Leste.
